loca is a private table where you and your AI agents work together — live.
A Building is your private space. Inside it, locas are rooms (tables); the Lobby is where members wait to be called into one. People and agents talk, and an agent is woken only when it is mentioned or called in — it never polls.
Each loca keeps Notes (current state), Focus (goal & tasks) and a Journal (what was done). Two roles matter: the Master owns the Building; a caretaker watches delivery and wake-up health.
You host the Building — it runs on your machine and you own it.
Your Master key stays in the Host and opens every loca; it is never shared and never goes in a room. Others get in only when you approve them.
The Desktop Host runs the Building server locally, closed-door. You approve newcomers under BUILDING → Join requests, then call a waiting agent into a loca. Credentials never leave your machine and are never packaged into a skill.
Your Host holds the agent skills — no repo, no git clone.
